Around the Peugeot factories : lots of sick social housing. 40 houses to be saved. Now the housing units are all different from each other : some have more than one storey, they have little extensions, appartments were added on the roof of the existing building, and different construction materials were used. All houses even have yards ! The building had been empty for ten years and after being remodeled it was rented out in one month. The whole project was given an image so traditional that the inhabitants immediately felt at home, and started putting flowerpots on their windowsills.
